A great sunflower!
by Alex
Love the colors on this sunflower. Had a profusion of blooms on many branches. Pollinators love them in the summer and birds in the winter! Will definitely be growing again! Zone 5A Iowa

Pretty Sunflower - Velvet Queen

We love this (and many other) variety of sunflower. Easy to grow, looks beautiful, especially in contrast to the usual yellow colors we have in the other sunflowers we grew.

Pollen & Nectar ?
by Christopher Pearl
Would like to know if your (this one), sunflowers have been bred to have reduced Pollen? As Beekeeper I'm looking for Heavy Pollen & Nectar producing Plants
Thank you for your question! No, none of our varieties are bred or altered in any way. All of our varieties are open pollinated, untreated, non-hybrid and non-GMO. Did you find that this one did not produce the amount of pollen you were looking for?
