Magical Summer Flowers
by Sarah
These take awhile to blossom, but it is well worth the wait. I had wanted to grow these for years, but they never made the list. They do well in New England. These come in vibrant hues of indigo and periwinkle. They are gorgeous and they really pop against my zinnias. They made a wonderful cut flower, and are a nice accent flower to any arrangement. I will be growing these from now on.
Beautiful blue blooms
by Libby
I grew these in Minnesota alongside Cosmos and for some time was convinced they didn’t take and it was just more of those growing in, but then one morning I came out to a great surprise to several pretty blooms. They have continued to impress with slightly different hues each time they open, and they do very well in cut arrangements. I will definitely look forward to growing these again, especially as I favor blue flowers in my garden.
