Hungarian Blue Breadseed Poppy

Sitting above its silvery, highly cut foliage, the striking, purple-petaled flowers of this easy-to-grow annual are followed later in the season by attractive seed pods that can be used in dried arrangements. At season’s end, the seeds in the pods can be harvested and used for baking or replanting. All plant parts except the seeds are toxic.

Growing Instructions
Instructions - Direct seeding is preferable, as poppies do not like to have their roots disturbed. Sow seeds outdoors in the early spring when the soil is still cool and light frost is possible. Can also be sown in the fall just before the ground freezes. Plants will tolerate poor soil.

The absolute best! Tried many but these are THE BEST!

I'd previously attempted to add these beautiful flowers to my garden with poor results. Then I gave these Hungarian Blues(had tried HB's from others) from Seedsavers Exchange. Wow! 10/10
Can't recommend them highly enough! Super quality. Fast germination & very vigorous. I won't purchase these from anywhere else. prices are fantastic too!
