Growing Instructions
Instructions - Sow seeds outdoors after the danger of frost has passed in 12" diameter hills. Space hills 6' apart in all directions. In short season areas, grow from transplants started indoors 8 weeks in advance. Gourds grow well on fences or garden trellises.

These did well in my garden. Are they edible or just ornamental?
Yes, They're Edible

All squash are edible, but some are used for ornamental reasons because they're not as tasty or they're difficult to peel and cut.
