Pink Lady Slipper Radish
Item Details
One of the mildest radishes, with a hint of sweetness, the oblong roots of this variety are soft rosy-pink with bright white flesh. Pink Lady Slipper stores well and stays crisp for weeks after harvest, even late in the season. An excellent choice for both home and market growers.

Highly recommend for northern gardeners
by Breen
Lots of uniform, crisp, mild, creamy, pink roots. Have done well with unseasonably warm weather and none bolted despite nearly 20 hours of daylight/day here in AK. Also better resistance to root maggots than other radish varieties
Easy to grow, super tasty

Had a really great turnout for first round. Tasty, consistent. Tried for a second round but those never took.

Really good flavor, easy to grow, love that they don't get too hot
Quick to grow and not too sharp

Of the three varieties of radishes I grew this year, this one was by far the best. The flavor is very good--not too spicy. And despite the fact that the other radishes I was growing were supposedly "very early" varieties, the Pink Lady Slippers were ready before the others. I'll definitely be growing these again!
