This variety works for:
- Fresh eating
- Pickling
Cucumbers are most often used raw and are perfect in salads. Some chefs prefer to peel the skin off the fruit as it can be bitter.
Cucumbers pair well with mint an dill, which can be added directly to your salad or to dressings. Cucumber and mint can also be added to smoothies and juice. Tatziki sauce is made from shredded cucumber, yogurt, and dill.
Pickling cucumbers, however, are best for preserving in a solution of vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, and water. You can create countless number of combinations for your pickles to use on sandwiches, as a relish, or eaten as side dish.

Everyone loves these!
by Chris F
We have grown these for about 5 years now. They are a favorite of family, friends and co-workers, they love our surplus from the garden! Rarely bitter and don't need to peel. We have not yet had a pest problem even when the green cucumbers planted right next to them do.
Great quality seed and fruit

White? Is it weather?

Well I have both boothby's White and Miniature Whites. This year I planted the miniature whites. Taste great not bitter!! However while up to 2in they are white then they seem to be change to a fairly yellow cucumber at 3 1/2 in. L & 2 1/2 W they are a very oval cucumber. It's mid July and we have been much hotter than normal these cucumbers still taste sweet!! I'm in N. Minnesota 2hrs from Canadian Border. I'm wondering if the heat plus the down pouring rain is what has changed them to a yellow color?
Awesome- delicious and easy to grow
by SUSAN
This is the first cucumber variety I’ve ever plan and I had great success. They have been easy to grow with no pest issues and are delicious. There are not many seeds and the color is very unique. I think these are the best cucumbers I’ve ever eaten. Much better than anything you would buy in the supermarket.
Juicy but lack flavor
by Brigitte
This is a very juicy great texture cucumber but it lacks of the wonderful pickling cucumber flavor . It’s kind of bland lack of flavor .
Plant these early and harvest often

We've grown this variety for 3 seasons so far. High seed germination, prolific vines and more than cucumbers for your family and your neighbors. Plan to trellis these guys, once production starts pick them while they are small and white for the lightest flavor. Check back every other day to pick the next ripe bunch. If you let them grow, they get quite large and oval starting with a yellow crown then spreading across the entire cucumber. At this yellow stage the skin becomes tougher and the flavor gets stronger but not unpleasant. This is a keeper in our garden season after season.
