The peppery taste of cress is strong for a leafy green and provides a nice contrast to lettuce in a salad.

Instructions - Sow seeds outdoors when soil is warm and all danger of frost has passed. Make successive sowings for continuous summer harvest. Pinch back flower stalks as they appear to keep plants from bolting. Prefers rich, well-drained soil.
